TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• Goods sold out are not returnable or replaceable.
• 14-day warranty on all mobile phones and electronics with manufacturer’s defect. This excludes customer inflicted issues and power off.
• Extended 1 or 2 year warranty on selected mobile phones and home appliance brands. This extended warranty is fulfilled by brand suppliers and not Freddies Corner.
• All items posted are valid only whilst stocks last. Product availability and price on this platform may not (though unusual in most cases) reflect it’s real time in-stock value as there is a time-lapse in constantly updating posts. Customers are encouraged to utilize the on-site chat portal or call to confirm orders before paying or checking out the e-cart.
• Sale reversals or refunds may take up to twice the time taken for the order to have been originally cleared (i.e up to six (6) working days for all valid refunds). All transactional charges (being processing fees, e-levy and/or other sundry charges incurred pre and pro-refund are liable to the customer).
• Items bought on this website with payments made via debit/credit cards or mobile money is managed by a secured external online payments organization. All transactions are processed within three (3) working days and thus, items bought on this website are only redeemable in-store or delivered (at a cost per your geographical location within Ghana) after online payments have successfully reflected within Freddies Corner’s accounts.
